- Abstract
- The article summarizes the preliminary results obtained by the author in the course of many years of research in the still unformed field of linguistics. We are talking, first of all, about the study of submorphs (in the Jacobsonian understanding of this term), that is, extramorphic (out-of-level) linguistic signs such as the sign -ashi in the opposition our-yours, denoting plural pronouns-locators. In its most general form, the article examines a variety of techniques that language refers to in order to formally combine individual signs into a paradigm, and individual paradigms into a group of related paradigms. The article could be called quite differently, for example: "Synchronous functions of diachronic changes by analogy."
