Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of conflicts between academic autonomy and managerial procedures in a modern Russian University. The first part provides an overview of the concepts of managerialism and academic autonomy, while the second part examines the results of an empirical study of the relations between administrative staff and the administrative corps at a Russian University.
