- Abstract
- The role of an individual factor in decision-making in a situation of a terrorist threat is described. The necessity of forming a system of informing the population about the threat of terrorist acts is justified. The article describes the US experience in creating and operating such a system. The foundations of the Russian system for assessing the terrorist threat are proposed.
