- Abstract
- The article substantiates the need to use the cultural factor in solving management problems. The article reveals the system-forming role of spiritual and cultural regulators in the totality of all interacting forces in society. Management culture is understood as the ability of a social entity to use existing social and spiritual values in order to optimize its activities. It is concluded that the management culture should change faster than social relations.
