- Abstract
- Today, Japanese-Russian relations are in a “dead zone”: there is an alienation between the countries that hinders their development. The author analyzes the Russian-Japanese negotiations on the territorial issue and identifies the stages in their development. Attention is paid to the factors that hinder the development of the final solution. There are several conditions for successful completion of negotiations.
