- Abstract
- The article analyses Japan's policy in the field of Official Development Assistance (ODA) in the context of the task to ensure national security. It considers the basic national documents governing ODA. Special attention is paid to the changes in the concept of ODA in relation to the course of "normalization" of Japan's defense and foreign policy with the aim of increasing the country's role in international relations.
