- Abstract
- The analysis of socio-historical prerequisites for the emergence of psychological sociology by Gabriel tard is presented. The innovation of the psychological school in sociology is shown, and the relations of its supporters with representatives of other areas of social thought are considered. Tard's sociology is analyzed in the context of the development of public thought in France in the second half of the XIX century.
