- Abstract
- The article offers an overview of all the known cases about "Andrei Chenier", which have settled in the archives of many departments of the Russian Empire, builds a sequence of the course of the entire case, discovers hitherto unknown reasons for transferring it at the last stage to the State Council. New documents are being introduced, mainly from the audit case on the decisions of the Novgorod District Court. The article explains the peculiarities of Pushkin's behavior at different stages of the consideration of the case of his work.
